Peter Island Resort, British Virgin Islands (peterisland.com) is looking to start a Celebrity Chef Program. Chef Lisa Sellers will bring in a chef every quarter, starting in April 2010.

Participants would receive a week’s stay at Falcon Nest’s villa with their family and air transportaion for up to four people including the chef.

Responsibilities would include a wine dinner and two cooking classes at Falcon Nest and the creation of a three course signature menu that would run for a week at the Trade Winds Restaurant.
