This event will feature more than 200 different wines, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Flemington Food Pantry. 12/6: A Dinner With Socrates: An Epicurean Excursion to Ancient Greece will be held at the Park Avenue Club, 184 Park Ave, Florham Park, to benefit the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey’s arts and education programs. The evening will feature a talk on the feasts, dining customs, and epicurean myths of ancient Greece and on the great Greek philosophers’ writings on food and wine.
