Breaking News: Ryland Gift Certificates Now Redeemable

Chef Craig Shelton, who closed the Ryland Inn after a water main break in 2007, has landed at Doc's of Sparta as corporate chef. All Ryland Inn gift certificates, no matter how old, will be honored at Doc's.

Docs of Sparta, 191 Woodport Road, Sparta is proud to announce that Craig Shelton is now the corporate chef at Doc’s of Sparta and the restaurant will honor 100% of the value of the gift certificates from The Ryland Inn (not including tip). The gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash or used on holidays.

Along with consulting on a new menu Chef Shelton has created a special menu for Valentine’s Day.
