Rosie has the latest information on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Jared Calderone has been promoted from sous chef to chef de cuisine at David Burke Fromagerie, 26 Ridge Rd, Rumson. Chef Calderone has been working with Burke to add new items to the menu, including additional fish dishes from David’s new NYC Fishtail restaurant (732-842-8088).

Peter Csikos is the executive chef at the Heldrich Hotel & Spa, 10 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick (732-214-2200). Chef Csikos will oversee and provide leadership for Christopher’s Restaurant, Christopher’s Bar, the banquet operation, in-room dining, and spa cuisine. He was previously executive chef at the Hilton in Woodcliff Lake.

Chris LaPierre is the head brewer at Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant, 124 E Kings Hwy, Maple Shade (856-273-0300).

Anthony O’Neill is the executive chef at Seasons 52, 2000 Rt 38 (Cherry Hill Mall), Cherry Hill (856-665-1052).

Troy Unruh, previously from Light Horse Tavern, is the executive chef at Zylo, a Tuscan Steakhouse (W Hotel), 225 River St, Hoboken (201-253-2400).

I was there opening night, and what an experience it was...food was fantastic, service was superb, and the music was delightful. What a place!
