Scott Cutaneo will be opening a tavern/restaurant, name to be determined, in the Le Petit Chateau space in Bernardsville. He is also the new owner of Equus Restaurant, 1 Mill St, Bernardsville (908-766-3737).

Paul Viggiano, previously chef/partner at KC’s Chiffafa House, Mendham, is the chef de cuisine at Docs of Sparta, 191 Woodport Rd, Sparta (973-729-0555). He replaces Jeffrey Sisco.

Linda Chia, owner of Ariyoshi Japanese Restaurant, South Orange, is also the owner of the newly opened Citrus & Spice: Cuisine of Asia, 84 Speedwell Ave, Morristown (973-889-8884); BYO.

Steven Chia, who owns A Taste of Asia, Chatham, is the executive chef at Citrus & Spice: Cuisine of Asia, 84 Speedwell Ave, Morristown (973-889-8884); BYO.
