Dispensa has been opened by the Terra Momo Restaurant Group at the Princeton Public Library, 65 Witherspoon St, Princeton. This kiosk serves focaccia, salads, pizzas, panini, espresso, and cappuccino. Items are made from scratch, using unbromated/unbleached flour and natural and local ingredients. Only biodegradable flatware and serving products are used.
