Tricia Tracey is the chef at Mixx American Bistro, 152 Main St, Manasquan (732-292-9292); BYO.

Stephen Kalt is the chef at Fornelletto Cucina Italiana, Borgata, Atlantic City (866-MY-BORGATA). Kalt was previously executive chef at Wynn Las Vegas and Corsa Cucina in Nevada.
