7/18: The Seventh Annual New Jersey State Ice Cream Festival will be held on Washington St, Toms River. 11:30 AM to 5 PM. Along with rides, street performers, crafters, vendors, food, and live entertainment there will be an ice cream tasting. Attendees can purchase tasting kits, for $5 in advance or $6 the day of the event, and then sample and vote on the ice cream entries in the People’s Choice category.
