ALICE’S RESTAURANT, LAKE HOPATCONG
It was reported on July 7 on Table Hopping With Rosie that CHRISTOPHER CHESBRO is the chef at Alice’s Restaurant, 24 Nolan’s Point Park Rd, Lake Hopatcong (973-663-9600). He is no longer there. DAVID DRAKE is the new executive chef. PETER TURSO remains as chef de cuisine at Restaurant David Drake, 1449 Irving St, Rahway (732-388-6677).

AMERICAN MASALA, JERSEY CITY
American Masala, 95 Greene St, Jersey City (201-721-6603), is co-owned by HEMANT MATHUR, who is co-executive chef at the highly acclaimed Dévi, NYC, and chef/cookbook author SUVIR SARAN, who is also a co-owner of Dévi. JOSHUA THOMAS, previously sous chef at Dévi, is American Masala’s executive chef.
