Bill Dorrier, formerly executive chef at Due Terre Enoteca, 107 Morristown Rd, Bernardsville (908-221-0040), and Due Mari, 78-80 Albany St, New Brunswick (732-296-1600), is now working with Michael White in New York City. Jeff Ortmann is the chef de cuisine at Due Terre Enoteca, and Alex Stotler is the chef de cuisine at Due Mari.
