Joe Albergo is the executive chef/owner of Rose, 435 Bloomfield Ave, Caldwell (973-403-7673); BYO.

Benchmark Hospitality International has named Jason Gershon director of food and beverage for the Heldrich Hotel and Conference Center, 10 Livingston Ave, New Brunswick (732-729-4670).

Craig Shelton is no longer culinary director for Landmark Hospitality, owned by Frank and Jeanne Cretella, which is the parent company for Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, Liberty House Restaurant in Jersey City, Crave Caterers, the Valiant (a yacht available for catered private events), and several other holdings. Chef Shelton has joined the Inn at Dos Brisas in Washington, Texas, as managing partner and executive chef.
