Larry Baldwin is the executive chef at David Burke Fromagerie, 26 Ridge Rd, Rumson (732-842-8088). Chef Baldwin, a native of the North Carolina Outer Banks, learned the art of cooking seafood and Southern comfort cuisine at the knees of his mother and grandmother. He graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in business administration. He has worked at Rocco DiSpirito’s Union Pacific, Mario Batali’s Casa Mono, and Anne Burrell’s Centro Vinoteca, all in New York City, and at Barcelona Restaurant in Stamford, Connecticut.
Roberto Bellissimo is the chef at Zylo Tuscan Steak House, W Hotel, 255 River St, Hoboken (201-253-2500).
Marisa Blackwell is the executive chef/owner of Cravings, 87A Halsey St, Newark (973-732-3780). The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and also does catering.
Harry Hajiyerou, a CIA graduate, is the executive chef at Greek Taverna, 175 Rock Rd, Glen Rock (201-857-4528).
