Michael Fiorianti is the executive chef at Satis, 212 Washington St, Jersey City (201-435-5151); BYO.

Sean Foley, formerly executive chef at Two If by Sea in Red Bank, is the executive chef at Trinity, 84 Broad St, Keyport (732-888-1998).

Tre Goshal is the chef at Market Restaurant, 12 Church St, Montclair (973-744-2244).

Rachel Lundstrom is the executive chef at Napa Valley Grille, Garden State Plaza, 95 Rt 17 S, Paramus (201-845-5555). Chef Lundstrom employs modern French techniques in her cooking, using simple, quality ingredients with hints of Asian and Mediterranean flavors. She plans to bring more natural, house-made, and organic products like grass-fed beef and sustainable fish to her menu at Napa Valley Grille.
