Randy Forrester is the chef de cuisine at the Brothers Moon, 7 W Broad St, Hopewell (609-333-1330); BYO. Chef Forrester is a Boston University graduate in hospitality management and worked at the Ryland Inn (NJ), Fiamma (NYC), and L’Impero (NYC). Most recently he was at the Harvest Moon Inn in Ringoes.
David Prusin is the executive chef at David Todd’s City Tavern, 150 South St, Morristown, offering contemporary American and French cuisine (973-993-8066). His co-chef is Maurice Alameda. Chefs Prusin and Alameda worked previously at Highlawn Pavilion and the Manor in West Orange.
