Michelle’s Bakery & Cakery (kosher), 95 Victory Rd, Springfield. There is no retail store, but desserts can be pre-ordered over the phone (973-379-2522) and via e-mail (michelle@michellesbakerycakery.com). Pickup is at the listed address. The bakery is under the supervision of Rabbi Steven Bayar and offers both dairy and pareve desserts.

QBA, a lunch truck serving Cuban food, can be found on Chestnut Street in Montclair from 10 AM to 2 PM and at Watchung Plaza in Montclair from 5 to 8 PM. For delivery call 973-687-2000.
