SLOW FOOD NORTHERN NJ FARM TO TABLE DINNER
On July 18, a six-course Farm to Table dinner sponsored by Slow Food Northern NJ will be held at Plaid Piper Farm, 197 Wykertown Road, Branchville, to benefit the earth stewardship and food justice programs of Slow Food Northern NJ. Chef Joseph Cerniglia, owner of Campania Restaurant, Fair Lawn, will prepare the dinner with food sourced from Plaid Piper Farm and from artisans within a small distance of the farm. DINNER AND A VIEW
On July 20, have dinner with a view at a James Beard Foundation event, Sunset Summer Cruise, hosted by Liberty House Restaurant, 78 Audrey Zapp Drive, Jersey City. George & Martha’s American Grille, 67 Morris Street, Morristown, has introduced a new express lunch menu with items priced at $8.99. The menu comes with a guarantee that if guests don’t receive their meal in fifteen minutes or less, it’s on the house.
