9/18 and 9/19: Cadillac and Bon Appetit magazine are hosting the Cadillac Culinary Challenge at Bridgewater Commons with chefs Anthony Bucco of Uproot in Warren and Corey Heyer of the Bernards Inn in Bernardsville. The chefs will demonstrate their cooking skills at 11:30 AM, 2 PM, and 4 PM each day.
