Sbraga will do a breakfast demonstration at 9:30 AM, a “little feast” program at 4 PM, and a dinner demonstration at 6:15 PM in Crabiel Hall. His program is free, but registration is required and seating is limited. Additionally, the college is offering 30 cooking classes starting in January, which cost $50 each and include a tasting and copies of the recipes.
