Comments
Reservations

I noticed a new restauarnt is opening in Bedminster and will not honor reservations or call
ahead.Based on my knowledge of the area almost all of the restaurants accept them People who commute are more prone to expect reservations due
to their dependenance on public transportation.

After an hour or more on a train the last thing they want ,is to stand in line for 30 or more minutes waiting for a table.I realize the people who are opening are experienced however this is a "buyers"market and they(the consumer) can be more selective, particularly in a relativly
competitive market.
