CHEFS ON THE MOVE
November 2011


Enrico Caruso is the chef/owner of M&E Caruso’s Ristorante, 545 Union Blvd, Totowa (862-257-3091); BYO.

Gerald Dougherty is the chef at Little Louie’s BBQ, 505 Haddon Ave, Collingswood (856-854-0600).

Mike Feygin is the owner/pitmaster at Bourbon BBQ, 529 Goffle Rd, Wyckoff (201-444-6661); BYO.

Keith Laskowski is the chef at Ralic’s Steakhouse, 26 S Haddon Ave, Haddonfield (856-616-1520); BYO.

Tom Michalski is the chef at Bourbon BBQ, 529 Goffle Rd, Wyckoff (201-444-6661); BYO.

Bienvenido Nunez is the chef/co-owner of Benise Cafe, 7 Spring St, New Brunswick (732-246-3006); BYO. Chef Nunez also owns Benise Catering & Events in Hasbrouck Heights (www.benisecatering.com).

Adam Rose, previously chef de cuisine at Bin 14 in Hoboken, is the executive chef at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, Newark. Theater Square Grill, Theater Square Bistro, and Calcada are no longer under the direction of Restaurant Marketing Associates, which ran the establishments for fourteen years.

David Viana, previously sous chef at David Drake in Rahway, Due Terre in Bernardville, and Uproot in Warren, will be the new chef de cuisine at Daryl, 302 George St, New Brunswick. Zod Arifai, chef/owner of Blu and Next Door, both in Montclair, is the owner/executive chef.
