Zod Arifai is the owner/executive chef at Daryl Wine Bar and Restaurant, 302 George St, New Brunswick (732-253 7780).

Alex Ferrari
is the sous chef at Aqua Blu Kitchen and Cocktails, 3410 Rt 37 E, Toms River (732-270-1180).

Bryan Gregg
, previously executive chef at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, is the executive chef at Michael Anthony’s, 502 Washington Blvd, Jersey City (201-798-1798).

Ralph Perrotti, previously sous chef at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, 1 E Franklin Tpk, Ho-Ho-Kus (201-445-4115), has been promoted to executive chef.

Oscar Toro is the executive chef at Aqua Blu Kitchen and Cocktails, 3410 Rt 37 E, Toms River (732-270-1180).

David Viana, previously sous chef at David Drake in Rahway, Due Terre in Bernardsville, and Uproot in Warren, will be the chef de cuisine at Daryl Wine Bar and Restaurant, 302 George St, New Brunswick.
