Bill Kang is the executive chef at Bibi’z Restaurant and Lounge, 284 Center Ave, Westwood (201-722-8600). He is replacing Nelson Martinez, who had started in December.
Michael Haimowitz, previously executive chef at Arthur’s Landing, Weehawken, is no longer at Fish, Asbury Park.
Richard Krug, previously at Lorena’s, Maplewood, is the executive chef at Fish, 601 Mattison Ave, Asbury Park (732-455-8181).
Emmett McDonough is the executive chef at One Republik, 221 Washington St, Hoboken, a restaurant and bar featuring 40 beers on tap as well as 40 bottled beers and a menu that ranges from gastropub fare to fine dining (201-696-1033).
