Rosie has the latest news on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Joe Macri, a CIA graduate, is the executive chef at the Elan, a catering and events venue, at 111 Rt 46 W, Lodi (973-777-0503). Chef Macri previously worked at Tribeca Grill, Torre di Pisa, and Candela in New York City. In NJ he’s worked at Restaurant L in Allendale, Hennessy Tavern in Northvale, and Caruso’s Tuscan Grill in Paramus. Chef Macri has been featured in Country Living, Time Out New York, and The New Yorker and has won the competition La Parade des Chefs.

Ken Trickilo
, previously corporate chef for the South City Group and executive chef at Napa Valley Grille in Paramus, is the executive chef at Liberty House, 78 Audrey Zapp Dr, Jersey City. Liberty House is part of Landmark Hospitality, which also owns Stone House at Stirling Ridge in Warren, Valiant Yacht Charters, Celebrate at Snug Harbor on Staten Island, and Crave Caterers.
