Tony Clark, who was named one of America’s best new chefs in 1997 by Food and Wine magazine and has appeared on more than 90 episodes of The Chef’s Kitchen, is now at the Grange Restaurant, Historic Cold Spring Village, 735 Seashore Rd, Cape May (609-884-0114).
Steve Christianson is the chef/owner of St. Eve’s, 611 N Maple Ave, Ho-Ho-Kus (201-857-4717); BYO. Christianson was previously at the Citrus Grille in Airmont, NY, and was an original partner with Kevin Kohler at Cafe Panache in Ramsey.
Jarod Zelaya is the chef/owner of J&K Steakhouse, 56 South St, Morristown (973-998-8061); BYO. The restaurant has private parking in the back of the building and a private room for up to 46 guests. Zelaya also owns a branch at 34 W Blackwell St, Dover.
