Ed Battaglia, who was seen on season seven of Hell’s Kitchen on Fox, is the chef at Ralic’s Steakhouse, 26 S Haddon Ave, Haddonfield (856-616-1520).
Chris Moon is the executive chef at Tusk, 1736 Rt 206, Montgomery (908-829-3417).
Paul Scheffler is the chef de cuisine at the Park West Tavern, 30 Oak St, Ridgewood (201-445-5400). Scheffler's résumé includes chef de cuisine at Tribeca Grill and sous-chef at the Hudson Cafeteria in the Hudson Hotel, both in NYC.
