Chef Craig Shelton, previously owner of the Ryland Inn in Whitehouse and consultant at the Skylark
Diner in Edison, is no longer at the Inn at Dos Brisas, outside Houston, Texas. He was executive
chef and managing partner there from November 2010 to June 2011.
