Gonzalo Fernandez, former chef/owner of La Xunta in New York City, is a chef at Tapastry Restaurant, 12 Church St, Montclair (973-744-2244), assisted by chef/owner Greg Spinelli. Spinelli will also continue to run Church Street Catering at the same address. Tapestries is BYO.

Carol Maxwell is the new bakery manager at Sickles Market, 1 Harrison Ave, Little Silver (732-741-9563). Maxwell is a Blue Ribbon Pastry Arts graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Her experience includes positions at the Bernards Inn in Bernardsville, David Burke Fromagerie in Rumson, Wegmans in Ocean, and Dean’s Natural Food Market in Ocean.

Scott Linquist and Ivy Stark are the executive chefs at Dos Caminos, 777 Harrah’s Blvd, Atlantic City (609-441-5209).

Pellegrino Mongillo
is the executive chef at Pellegrino’s Restaurant and Lounge, 560 High Mountain Rd, North Haledon (973-949-5555).
