July 2011

Cheesecake Factory, Mall at Short Hills, 1200 Morris Tpk, Short Hills (973-921-0930).

Morris Tap & Grill has opened at 500 Rt 10 W, Randolph (973-891-1776). The restaurant has two dining rooms, a bar, and a lounge area. Along with 60 wines, including a selection of half bottles, there are 16 handcrafted beers on tap as well as 30 additional bottled beers. Lunch dishes range from $7 to $18, and dinner options range from $8 to $29.

Pizza Vita, a contemporary pizzeria and cucina, has opened at 7 Union Pl, Summit (908-277-1400); BYO.

Pizza Vita

Have already been to Pizza Vita; they have the same owners as the ___ Vita Osteria , a few blocks away. Did not realize they were brand new, as we visited them during the Summit Arts and Crafts festival last weekend. Good food, friendly service.
