David Buzzelli is the chef de cuisine at the Original Oyster, 1 Willow St, Highlands (732- 872-1450).
Alex Rogers is the executive chef at the Original Oyster, 1 Willow St, Highlands (732- 872-1450).
John Schatz is the executive chef at Pacific Grill, 4803 Pacific Ave, Wildwood (609-523-2333); BYO.
Kevin Sbraga from Willingboro, who was previously executive chef at Rat’s Restaurant in Hamilton and was the winner of the seventh season of Bravo’s Top Chef, will be opening Sbraga in Philadelphia sometime in the fall.
Craig Shelton, previously at the Ryland Inn in Whitehouse and the Skylark Diner in Edison, is no longer at the Inn at Dos Brisas in Texas. He was executive chef and managing partner there from November 2010 to June 2011.
