Blue Morel, previously Copeland, has opened at 2 Whippany Rd, Morristown (973-451-2619), with a farm-to-table culinary focus.

La Bouche Café, 103 Garden St, Hoboken (201-656-9100); BYO.

Coffee, espresso, tea, chocolates, pastries, sandwiches, and, of course, macaroons are being offered at the newly opened Petit Paris, a pastry café at 10 Church St, Montclair (973-746-0288).

Ristorante Giorgia, 102 Ave of Two Rivers, Rumson (732-741-3880); BYO.

Vintage: A Wine Boutique has opened at the Shoppes at the Water Club, Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa, 1 Borgata Way, Atlantic City. More than 200 wines, champagnes, and sakes are offered, as well as wine accessories, books, and decanters. More than 30 wines are available for tasting before purchase, and an in-store sommelier is available to help with selections.
