CHEFS ON THE MOVE
August 2011

John Schatz, executive chef/co-owner of Union Park in Cape May, and business partner Bojidar Dimitrov have taken ownership of Pacific Grill, 4803 Pacific Ave, Wildwood (609-523-2333); BYO.

Pastry chef Alyssa O’Dowd, formerly from Rocca in Glen Rock, can now be found creating her signature cakes and cookies at Nicholas Markets Super Foodtown, 1068 High Mountain Rd, North Haledon (973-423-5506).

Kathik Kumar is the chef at Brick Lane Curry House, 540 Valley Rd, Montclair (973-509-2100); BYO.
