Here’s a blast from the past. Tim Schafer, aka the Brew Chef, who owned Tim Schafer’s Cuisine in Morristown, recently opened the Meat Center in Mooresville, NC. This upscale market specializes in high-quality meat, seafood, cheese, prepared foods, wine, beer, and catering. Schafer is also busy teaching cooking classes, writing a cookbook, and making local TV appearances. He still writes a column, “The Brew Chef Corner,” for Ale Street News.
