Thomas Ciszak
, owner of Blue Morel in Morristown and Chakra in Paramus, is also consulting for the Arcola Country Club in Paramus. He will be focusing on the menu and wine list and creating wine dinners and other events.

Lisa Stanko-Mohen is the executive chef at Pastaio, 1311 3rd Ave, Spring Lake (732-359-8177); BYO. The restaurant features fresh pasta made daily. Chef Stanko-Mohen is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan and a former pasta maker for Eataly in Manhattan.

Shane Spigner
, previously sous chef at Resto in Madison, has taken a position in the kitchen at the Peacock Inn, Princeton.

Joe Stivala is the chef at Mondo Eatery by Gencarelli’s Cucina, 381 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair (973-744-8881); BYO.

Juan Cuevas
is no longer executive chef at the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster. He left the restaurant right after New Year’s Eve.
