CHEFS ON THE MOVE

Holly Guber, formerly a private chef, instructor at Kings Cooking Studios, and owner/chef at Terra Cotta Restaurant in Maplewood, is the executive chef at The Carriage House Bistro and Bar at the F.M. Kirby Carriage House at the Paper Mill Playhouse, 22 Brookside Drive, Millburn (973-609-2429).

Pastry chef Patrick Muller is no longer at the Ho-Ho-Kus Inn, Ho-Ho-Kus.

David Perrini is the executive chef at District 611, 710 Broad St, Riverton (856-829-1552); BYO.

Managing partner and sommelier Francois Rousseau will no longer be involved with Osteria Morini in Bernardsville or Due Mari in New Brunswick.
