Jessie Cecala has been appointed executive pastry chef at the Park Steakhouse, 151 Kinderkamack Road, Park Ridge (201-930-1300) and Park West Tavern, 30 Oak St, Ridgewood (201-445-5400). A graduate of Johnson & Wales, chef Cecala is also the owner of "Desserts by Jessie."
Chris Dent is the executive chef at The Shepherd and The Knucklehead, 529 Belmont Ave, Haledon (973-942-8666).
