Maritime Parc: 84 Audrey Zapp Drive, Liberty State Park, Jersey City. After completing its repairs, has reopened offering a new winter menu. The restaurant is also donating 10 percent of all restaurant sales through the month of December to Friends of Liberty State Park. For reservations, call 201-413-0060.

Sam Mickail’s CUT Steak House 466 Prospect Avenue, West Orange (within the 4Sixty6 Nightclub and event complex). Executive chef/co-owner Sam Mickail is manning the stoves. Some menu items at this American steak house with Mediterranean influences are: raw bar; smoked salmon with classic accompaniments; "popcorn" snails with young garlic, potato purée and crispy basil; four-onion soup with sherry; Berkshire pork spare ribs with homemade, spiced, passion fruit barbecue sauce; herb-crusted, double-cut Colorado rack of lamb; dover sole meunière (filleted tableside); and steaks with your choice of béarnaise, au poivre, or perigourdine sauces. CUT's Supper Club menu (available 11 PM–3 AM) will feature crab cake "lollipops" with honey mustard; veggie spring rolls with Thai chili sauce; Kobe burger duet with applewood smoked bacon and aged Vermont cheddar; an exotic selection of sushi and yakitori and chocolate brownie with whipped cream. The restaurant will be open for dinner Wednesday through Saturday. Lunch service will begin in early 2013. Reservations: 973-474-9896
