Brian’s
, offering the rustic regional cuisine of Provence and Northern Italy, has opened at 9 Klines Ct, Lambertville (609-460-4148); BYO.

Cocco’s Cafe & Gelato, 52 Main St, Flemington (908-968-3837).

Marrakech, a Moroccan restaurant at 708 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair (973-744-7773), is under new ownership; BYO.

Osteria Morini (previously Due Terre), 107 Morristown Rd, Bernardsville (908-221-0040), has opened. The restaurant is owned by partners Ahmass Fakahany and Chef Michael White, who also have three Manhattan restaurants, Marea (2009), Osteria Morini (2010), and Ai Fiori (2010), along with Due Mari (2008) in NJ and Al Molo (2010) in Hong Kong. The menu will feature Emilia-Romagna cuisine—food from the Bologna area of Italy, where Chef White lived and trained for eight years.

PBandU
, a peanut-butter-themed restaurant, has opened at the Moorestown Mall, 400 Rt 38, Moorestown (856-234-5300).

Picnic Garden, an all-you-can-eat Korean restaurant, has opened at 150 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs (201-816-9300).
