Stefano Chiaruga is the chef at Lugo Caffe, Revel, 500 Boardwalk, Atlantic City (855-348-0500).

Alex Oppenheimer-Fink is the lead cook at the Blue Rooster Bakery & Cafe, 17 Main St, Cranbury (609-235-7539). He has replaced Richard Lipshanic, who is no longer there.

Food Network’s Next Iron Chef of 2010 Marc Forgione has opened American Cut, a new American steakhouse, at Revel, 500 Boardwalk, Atlantic City (855-348-0500).

Iron Chef America star Jose Garces has opened Amada, Revel, 500 Boardwalk, Atlantic City (855-348-0500).

Gregory Torrech is the executive chef/co-owner of MAE aka Modern American Eatery, 339 Communipaw Ave, Jersey City (201-743-8454).

Chef/owner Erik Weatherspool and his wife, Kelly, have left Bistro 44, 44 Washington St, Toms River.

Chef Richard Wiedmaier has opened Mussel Bar, Revel, 500 Boardwalk, Atlantic City (855-348-0500).
