Joseph Gabriel, who left the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster, a few months ago, is the executive pastry chef for the Versailles Bistro and Pâtisserie in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Brian Lacayo is the sous chef at VB3 Restaurant & Bar, 475 Washington Blvd, Monaco Building, Jersey City (201-420-4823).
Jason Ramos is the chef de cuisine at the Bernards Inn, 27 Mine Brook Rd, Bernardsville (908-766-0002). He was previously the executive sous chef at the Pluckemin Inn, Bedminster.
