Jimmy Bryant is the executive chef at Sunset Pub and Grill, 425 Beaver Brook Rd, Lincoln Park (973-694-8700).
Andrew Christie is the executive chef/owner of Christie’s Artisan Bread & Pastry Shop, 27 Leigh St, Clinton (908-735-0402).
Jim Galileo is the chef at GP’s Hamilton Park, 236 Pavonia Ave, Jersey City (201-861-6588).
M. Scott Karsanbas is the head chef at 21 South Bar & Grill, 21 South Hope Chapel Rd, Jackson (732-994-5286).
Rich Pedicini is the artisan bread baker at Christie’s Artisan Bread & Pastry Shop, 27 Leigh St, Clinton (908-735-0402). He worked previously at Carlos Bakery in Hoboken, with master baker Jim Lahey (of Sullivan Street Bakery in New York City), and at Ferraro’s restaurants in Westfield.
