Chef Franco and Sharon Ammiriti (hostess) are the new owners of Ma Maison Brasserie (291 Essex St, Millburn; 973-467-7873) BYO.

Mark Burachinsky is the executive chef/owner of MEAL (433 Kingsland St, Nutley; 973-542-8522).

Jason Chen is the executive chef/co-owner of Kyushu Sushi (209 Paterson Ave, Wallington; 973-773-7100).

Michael Merida is no longer at Mezza (31 Westwood Ave, Westwood; 201-722-8822) BYO.

Chris Strange is the new executive chef at The Elan (111 Rt 46 W, Lodi; 973-777-0503).

Arthur Toufayan, previously of the Ramsey Country Club in Ramsey, and Village Green in Ridgewood, is part owner of Café Amici (315 Franklin Avenue, Wyckoff; 201-848-0198) BYO.

Erik Weatherspool, previous owner/chef of Bistro 44 in Toms River, is the new executive chef of all restaurant operations at Monmouth Park (175 Oceanport Ave, Oceanport). Weatherspool was a 2010 champion on the Food Network’s Chopped.
