Rosie has the latest news on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Greg Breedy, previously from Hotoke in New Brunswick, is the new chef at Pure Restaurant & Lounge, 3499 Rt 1, Princeton (609-919-0770).

Executive chef Michael Fiorianti is now a menu consultant at Satis, 212 Washington St, Jersey City (201-435-5151). Chef de cuisine is Galice Ryan.

Amanda Hartigan is the pastry chef at Pig & Prince Restaurant and Gastro-Lounge, 1 Lackawanna Plaza, Montclair (973-233-1006).

Laurie Jones and her son Larry previously from Silver Spoon in Pequannock and 5 Seasons in Ridgewood, are now at Cafe Metro, 60 Diamond Spring Road, Denville 973-625-1055; BYO.

Ashkan Khalaj is the chef at Kei Kabob, a Persian Cuisine at 401 Bloomfield Ave, Montclair (973-746-4500); BYO.

Anthony Micari is the new executive chef at The Ebbitt Room, Virginia Hotel, 25 Jackson St, Cape May (609-884-5700). He has replaced chef Lucas Manteca who can be found at The Red Store, 500 Cape Ave, Cape May Point (609-884-5757).
