Richard Krug is the new executive chef at the Stone Grill at Pierre’s, 582 Georges Road, Monmouth Junction (732-329-3219). Krug was previously general manager at BoulevardFive72 in Kenilworth, chef de cuisine at Lorena's in Maplewood and executive chef at Fish in Asbury Park.
