Joseph Cammarata, the former owner of the now closed, high-end Italian specialty food store Tutti a Tavola in Chatham, has opened ALC Italian Grocery in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn.
Bobby Varua is the new executive chef at Rod’s Steak and Seafood Grille and the Madison Hotel, One Convent Road, Morristown (973-539-6666).
