Chefs on the Move

Rosie has the latest news on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Michael D’íEnnery, previously with Atlantic Bar and Grill, South Seaside Park and Trinity Restaurant, Keyport is the chef at Surv Kitchen Lounge, 333 Rt 9 S, Manalpan (732-409-3333).

Milton Enriquez, formerly at The Fig Tree in Hoboken is the chef de cuisine at Amanda’s, 908 Washington St, Hoboken (201-798-0101).

Sam Fertik is the executive chef/ partner of Orange & Olive Caterers and Chefís Table, 398 Central Ave, Jersey City (866-247-2520); BYO.

Peter Larsen, a graduate of the Royal Culinary Academy of Copenhagen, Denmark (and a Westwood resident) has been named executive chef of Haven Riverfront Restaurant & Bar, 2 Main St, Edgewater Harbor, Edgewater (201-943-1900).

Michael Montero is the executive chef at Vale Bar & Grill, 625 Rivervale Road, River Vale (201-391-3195).

Aaron Nemani is the director of operations/ partner of Orange & Olive Caterers and Chefís Table, 398 Central Ave, Jersey City (866-247-2520); BYO.

Rodney Petersen who has been the executive chef at Amandaís in Hoboken the past 14 years will be overseeing all three restaurants owned by the Flinnís: Amanda’s, Elysian and Schnackenberg’s all located in Hoboken.
