Chefs on the Move

Rosie has the latest news on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

David Belliveau is the chef at World of Beer, 335 George St, New Brunswick (732-543-1804).

Joseph Stewart is the executive chef/owner at Crux Café, 34 W Merchant Street, Audubon (856-546-2789); BYO.

Anthony Lo Pinto, who we have been following for years and was previously at Casa di Amici (Denville), Sweet Basil’s (West Orange), Earth (Totowa), Fortunato (Lyndhurst), Crave (Fairfield) and most recently Threefold Education Center, Chestnut Ridge, NY, has been named executive chef at Esty Street, 86 Spring Valley Road, Park Ridge (201-307-1515). Chef Adam Weiss, who was at Esty Street for 12 years and named Ultimate Chef of Bergen county in 2013, was replaced last spring by Chris Curado, formerly of Chakra in Paramus.
