Chefs on the Move

Rosie has the latest news on where NJ chefs are manning the stoves.

Carlo Apolloni is the new executive chef at Grissini Restaurant, 484 Sylvan Ave, Englewood Cliffs (201-568-3535).

Michael Cetrulo is the executive chef/owner of Scala Del Nonna Restaurant, 32 Church St, Montclair (973-744-3300); BYO. This will be chef Cetruloís sixth restaurant; he owns Il Mondo Vecchio, Madison; Porto Leggero, Jersey City; Scalini Fedeli in Chatham and Tribeca, NYC; and Sirena Ristorante, Long Branch.

Athanasios Liavas is the executive chef at Molos Estiatorio, a Greek-inspired seafood restaurant, at 1 Pershing Road, Weehawken (201-223-1200).

Barry Squier, who was the chef/owner of Giraffe Restaurant in Basking Ridge, is the chef at Henry’s Diner, Rutger’s Livingston Campus, 55 Rockafeller Road, Piscataway (848-445-3232).

Marc Vetri is the chef/owner of Osteria, at Moorestown Mall, 400 Route 38, Moorestown (856-316-4427). Vetri also owns Osteria in Philadelphia.
