Andrea and Jim Carbine
are the owners of 100 Steps Supper Club + Raw Bar, 215 Centennial Ave, Cranford (908-276-6600); BYO. They are also proprietors of A Toute Heure in Cranford.

Kara Decker
is the executive chef at 100 Steps Supper Club + Raw Bar, 215 Centennial Ave, Cranford (908-276-6600); BYO.

Anthony Lo Pinto is no longer the chef at Esty Street, Park Ridge.
