, previous chef/owner of Epernay in Montclair, is the new chef/owner of Fricassee, 6 Park St, Montclair (973-744-2191); BYO.

Buddy Valastro has opened another Carlo’s Bakery at 12 Wilsey Square, Ridgewood (201-659-3480).

I was informed by Rods in Convent Station that head Chef Jeff Orel is no longer there, new location unknown.
