CHEFS ON THE MOVE

Darryl Harmon, previously from Water Works Restaurant and Lounge in Philadelphia, is the new chef at Skylark on the Hudson, 25 River Drive South, Jersey City (201-533-8989).
Richard Spaulding is no longer general manager at Ursino in Union and is the new Food & Beverage Director at Galloping Hill Golf Course, Kenilworth where a new 100-seat restaurant, The Red Knot, will be opening.
